The media library opens with the first published recording
Video of programmes delivered in schools involves children, and is published only with the written consent of the institution and, where required, of a parent or guardian — and only in a form that presents participants with dignity. That takes longer than uploading footage, and the Council considers it worth the delay.
Committee briefings, explainers and forum recordings, which do not involve children, will appear first.
