Discuss a Government Programme
05 — Partnership pathway
For organisations already working in education and community development who need frameworks, curriculum and measurement rather than another delivery partner.
The case
Civil society organisations frequently have what IPEC does not: field presence, community trust and years of accumulated practical knowledge about what actually happens in a village or a ward.
IPEC has what is often hardest for a field organisation to build: implementation frameworks, curriculum architecture, measurement systems and a knowledge infrastructure for capturing what the field learns.
The collaboration model is therefore complementary rather than competitive. IPEC does not seek to replace anyone's field programme.

— What IPEC can do
01
Use IPEC curricula and frameworks in your existing field programmes, without licence cost and with attribution both ways.
02
Bring field knowledge into curriculum development so that materials survive contact with real classrooms.
03
Establish Excellence Cells in the institutions and communities where you already work.
04
Frameworks, toolkits, teacher materials and case studies through the Knowledge Hub.
05
Collaborative studies that give your programme evidence and IPEC field data.
06
Your field staff and community volunteers joining the ambassador network across six domains.
07
Combining your field capability with IPEC's frameworks and measurement in bids that neither could make alone.
08
Process excellence, knowledge management and measurement training for programme staff.

What happens next
Your enquiry reaches the Council's leadership directly.
A member of the Council responds to understand what you are trying to change.
Where there is a fit, IPEC proposes a specific piece of work rather than a general offer.
Measurement is agreed before any implementation begins.
