The case

Every school already knows several things about itself that it would change if it had the time, the method and a way of proving the change worked.

IPEC's school work begins there — with the school's own problems, its own staff and its own students — rather than with a syllabus imported from elsewhere.

Between 2025 and 2026 the Council ran Lean Six Sigma White Belt programmes at schools in Agra, Lucknow and Ballia, with students in Classes 6 to 12 running their own improvement projects.

02 — What IPEC can do

What a partnership with Schools actually involves.

    Establish an Excellence Cell

    A named coordinator, a student team, a meeting rhythm and a live portfolio of improvement projects — owned by the school, not by IPEC.

    Process Excellence for students and staff

    White Belt certification introducing 5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, root cause analysis and 5 Why analysis through the school's own processes.

    Academic Excellence

    Curriculum quality, teaching effectiveness, assessment modernisation and learning outcome measurement.

    Behavioural Excellence

    Character, emotional intelligence, leadership, resilience and responsible citizenship, integrated into ordinary subject teaching.
